Blundstone's new marketing campaign is set in the Tasmanian wilderness, reflecting the tough character of the boots which are sold around the world.
Selling the boots key features of comfort and durability the television advertisement supports Blundstone's "Tough by Nature" position.
Group Marketing & Sales Executive for Blundstone, Anthea Pritchard said "Blundstone is a 100% Tasmanian owned and managed company. The brand is inherently Tasmanian, it is no accident that these boots were made to be tough on the outside, but soft on the inside, they were developed this way over the last one hundred and forty years in response to the Tasmanian and Australian environment."
"The comfort technology which we now employ in our boots has come a long way in the last ten years. In this campaign we wanted to remind people of just how comfortable yet tough our boots are."
The campaign has been developed by the AJF Partnership, with the television advertisement being shot in the Cradle Mountain national park by Otto production.
