30 Day Comfort Guarantee

Try a pair of correctly fitted Blundstone school shoes for up to 30 days from the date of purchase from one of our approved resellers and if the school shoes are not comfortable you may return them.
To make a claim under this guarantee, you must return the school shoes (at your own cost) to the place of purchase, along with your original purchase receipt within 30 days from the date of purchase. Provided the school shoes are not damaged, and you otherwise comply with the terms prescribed by this guarantee, you may choose between a full refund or a footwear exchange up to the original purchase price of the school shoes as set out on the purchase receipt.

12 Month Extended Manufacturer’s Warranty

We take great care in the manufacture of our products. If you believe the school shoes you have purchased from one of our approved resellers contains a manufacturing fault, and wish to make a claim under this warranty, you must return the school shoes (at your own cost) to the place of purchase for assessment together with your original purchase receipt within 12 months from the date of purchase.
If, following such assessment, we determine that the school shoes contain a manufacturing fault that renders the product unsuitable for the purpose for which it was originally purchased, we will replace the school shoes or repair them at our expense.

This warranty is void if you use of have used the school shoes in a way which causes or has caused damage to them beyond normal wear and tear. This includes, without limitation, exposing the product to caustic materials that may cause the materials in it to break down.
Applicable for Australia and New Zealand only.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Any benefits you receive under our ‘30 Day Comfort Guarantee’ and our ‘12 Month Extended Manufacturer’s Warranty’ are in addition to other rights and remedies that you may have as a consumer under a law in relation to the footwear to which these warranties relate.
