Please note that due to COVID-19 as well as high demand, it may take longer to process your orders and returns as we have taken measures to reduce the number of workers in our distribution facility at any given time. When your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with UPS tracking information. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience.


Thinking about buying Blundstones for family or friends this holiday season but worried the 30-day return period cuts it a little close for returns? You will be glad to hear we have extended our return period for the holidays. For purchases from the 25th of November until the 24th of December, we're giving you some extra time to make sure the boots are right. You'll have until January 31st 2021 to process your return.

Something not just what you wanted – wrong size, color not quite what you expected? No worries, just send the boots back to us in their original unworn condition (when you try them on, please do it on carpet), in the original shoe box and shipping carton within the designated return period and we will refund you the original purchase price.


To keep things simple, we offer refunds rather than exchanges. That way you can re-order any style/color/size that you want, and at any time you want – just go to and start a new order.

To return the boots, here is what you'll need to do:


Put unworn boots in the original shoe box and place in the shipping box the boots came in.


You need to register and print your return label by clicking on the link below. 

Please note that you will need your order number when processing your return label. This can be found in your confirmation email or your Blundstone online account.

You will receive a full refund to your credit card or PayPal account within 5-10 business days of your boots being received at our warehouse.

  • Returns on purchases made between 11/25 and 12/24 will have an extended return period lasting till January 31st 2021
  • Items purchased online at cannot be returned at any of our dealers. They must be returned directly to us as outlined above.

  • All items must be received in their original, unworn condition and must include all original packaging or they will be refused. 
  • A refund will be issued for the purchase price to the credit card or PayPal account that you used to make the purchase within 5-10 business days.
  • If our warehouse is unable to accept your return, the merchandise will be returned to you without credit.
