The article talks about the best summer boots for men, along with summer slip on shoes for those lazy days, or when you need to get through a summer downpour.

Caroline Moss at Today.com had an article about Blundstone rain boots and how her friends recommendations became her recommendation in an article titled "I gave in to the Blundstone boot trend and they were actually worth every penny".

Dan Koeppel from Wirecutter / NY Times wrote a piece today titled "Why I Love My Blundstone Boots" and it talks about how "Blundstones are light, comfortable, supportive, and—this is key—durable: A pair of Blunnies may get scuffed and scrappy, but they can last for years as your daily driver."

The Manual takes you through a century and a half of history with "This Aussie Brand Has Been Making Some of the Best Boots for 150 Years."

In an article titled 15 Summer Boots That Don't Require a Pedicure, Elle.com listed the Blundstone 1448's and noted that "These are honestly one of the most comfortable pairs of shoes I own."

NY Mag's, the Strategist featured Blundstone boots once more this week in "What Are the Best Ankle Boots for Women?" where they list all the best ankle boots, along with their popularity due to the boots durability.

Great article from Sam Schube at GQ Magazine who features the Blundstone 500's in "The Best All-Weather Boot Is Beloved by Australian Farmers—and Scruffy Art Kids" - which looks at how the Blundstone 500's made it from Australia to New York City back in his college days and how they've become more popular in the US over recent years. Making the move from ranchers to painters, "Blundstones fit nicely into the broader, increasingly unhinged menswear landscape."

The article talks about the Blundstone 500, in walnut-brown and coal-black, their comfort and how they can be worn "through rain, snow, sleet, and a half-dozen trips to the pretend-outdoors of upstate New York."

Blundstone was featured today in Forbes, on an articled titled "From Humble Beginnings To Cult Status: This Brand Is Celebrating 150 Years."

The piece talks about how John and Eliza Blundstone started the business back in 1870 and that the footwear company is celebrating its 150th anniversary in 2020.

“There are only a handful of brands that have been in existence for 150 years and an even smaller number that remain family-owned,” Blundstone CEO Steve Gunn mentions in the article. It also talks about the campaign for the 150th anniversary being launched today and Forbes notes that like a fine wine, Blundstone boots get better with age, which is one of the reasons why the classic silhouettes are still the foundation for the brand’s latest designs which include its classic Chelsea Boot for men and women. 

Blundstone CEO, Steve Gunn talks about the recent wave of Blundstone's success over the past few years.

From Chelsea Boots to Work Boots, he talks about how the brand has grown globally in recent years and plans to keep momentum this year in its 150th anniversary along with the years ahead. With availability now in selected retailers and a strong brand loyalty that it aims to retain as it grows, Gunn mentions the brand has no complacency - “staying true to our distribution partners, retailers and consumers—those who have helped us get to where we are—is critical to how we go forward. We need to prioritize that over rapid growth. It’s served us well so far.”
