ENTRY PERIOD:

This Adventure of a Lifetime promotion sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) begins on October 10, 2025 at 9:00am Eastern Time, and ends December 10, 2025 at 11:59pm Eastern Time, by which time all entries must be received (the “Entry Period”).

WHO MAY ENTER:

The Promotion is only open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry, and are legal residents of all U.S. states (or the District of Columbia) excluding Florida, New York and Rhode Island.

Employees, officers and directors of Blundstone USA Inc. (the “Sponsor”), and those involved in the production, development, implementation or handling of the Promotion (including Air New Zealand who contributes to the Prize), and each of their respective affiliates, shareholders, employees, independent contractors, agents, representatives, successors and assigns, and immediate family members (i.e. parents, children, siblings, spouse) thereof are ineligible to enter the Promotion.

By participating in the Promotion, each participant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

HOW TO ENTER:

Participation in the Promotion requires a valid email address for entry, and it is the entrant’s responsibility to update the Sponsor of any change in email address. The use of any automated entry software or any mechanical, electronic or other means that allows entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.

PRIZES:

The total maximum promotional prize pool value is an estimated $13,549.90 USD.

The prize pool consists of:

- Two (2) return airfares from Los Angeles international Airport, San Francisco International Airport, George Bush Intercontinental Airport (Houston) or Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (Honolulu) to Hobart International Airport on Air New Zealand operated services, with an estimated valued of approximately $8,000 USD

- $5,000 USD in cash

- 2 pairs of Blundstone boots (excluding boots from the Heritage series) – valued up to $274.95 MSRP per pair (total value a maximum of $549.90 MSRP).

PRIZE CONDITIONS:

Neither the Prize (or any part of the Prize) is transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash (unless otherwise indicated). The Prize cannot be used or redeemed in conjunction with any other offer.

The Prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.

The winner must inform the Sponsor in writing of their acceptance of their respective Prize and other requested details including mailing address within 5 business days from the date the winner is notified by the Sponsor that they have won, otherwise the Prize may be forfeited.

Flight bookings must be requested no later than February 6, 2026 and all travel must be completed by March 26, 2026. Bookings and travel are strictly subject to seat and flight availability at the time of reservation. Travel during blackout periods, including December and January, is prohibited.

Air travel will be in Premium Economy between the United States and Auckland, New Zealand, and Economy between Auckland, New Zealand and Hobart, Australia.

Prize travel will not be eligible to accrue Airpoints Dollars™ or Status Points and cannot be used in conjunction with Air New Zealand’s Airpoints™ Programme or any other carriers’ frequent flyer schemes.

If the winner requires transportation to either Los Angeles International Airport, San Francisco International Airport, George Bush Intercontinental Airport (Houston) or Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (Honolulu), the winner will be responsible for arranging that transport and paying costs of the same.

If the winner is unable to use any aspect of the Prize before it expires, the winner has no recourse against the Sponsor or Air New Zealand for a monetary refund, trip credit, or trip transfer.

The Prize does not include expenses during leisure times including admission fees, meals, beverages, passports or other travel documents, travel insurance or travel protection (e.g. medical insurance, emergency evacuation and similar services), airport arrival/departure fees or country taxes, personal expenses, gratuities, telephone calls and other incidentals and expenses not specified above, or for other optional activities that the winner engages in outside of those specified in the Prize.

SELECTION OF WINNER:

At 5:00 pm Eastern Time on December 12, 2025 Sponsor will select the name of the potential winner in a random drawing of all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

The potential winner will be notified via the email address used to enter the Promotion, and will be informed of the necessary steps to accept and redeem the Prize, including seeking their explicit consent (“opting in”) to the provision of their personal information to Air New Zealand.

In the event that the potential winner cannot be contacted after reasonable efforts to do so, or is disqualified for any reason, the Sponsor will select an alternate potential winner in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries (up to a maximum of 3 alternates).

If the alternate potential winner(s) cannot be contacted or are disqualified, the applicable Prize will not be awarded.

The odds of winning a Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

RELEASES, WAIVERS AND DISCLAIMERS:

By entering into the Promotion, to the maximum extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless the Sponsor and Air New Zealand and any parent company, subsidiary company or companies, affiliates, agents, and representatives and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any and all liability, claims, losses, injuries, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions whether direct or indirect, which may be due to or arise out of participation in the Promotion or any portion thereof, or the acceptance, use/misuse, participation in, or possession of the Prize.

Neither the Sponsor nor any of the other Released Parties is responsible for any losses due to cancelled or missed flights, changed flight itineraries, late arrivals, or early departures.

The Sponsor accepts no responsibility for any variation in Prize value (including any variation in flight costs). The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize, or any Prize component, for one of equal or greater value.

The Sponsor accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the Prize winnings.

In the event that the operation, security or administration of the Promotion is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but, not limited to, fraud, pandemic, technical problems or other similar occurrence, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, suspend or cancel the Promotion, and, in its discretion, award the Prize in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to such time.

The Sponsor will not be responsible for:

1. lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, incomplete or incorrect entries;

2. lost, late, or misdirected Prize notices; or

3. any typographical, or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Promotion, or announcement of the Prize.

In the event of any such error, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify this Promotion in a manner it deems appropriate at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

The winner will be solely responsible for any Prize-related fees or costs including any federal, state or local taxes and may be required to complete and file applicable tax documents and pay taxes on the value of the Prize.

If the winner is unable to travel between the specified dates, the winner shall have no recourse against the Sponsor or Air New Zealand for any monetary refund, trip credit or transfer.

By entering this Promotion entrants understand and agree that the Sponsor, any person acting on behalf of the Sponsor, and the Sponsor’s licensees, successors and assigns shall have the right, where not prohibited by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute and use (without limitation) an entrant’s entry, name, biographical information, likeness or image, voice and/or statements in relation to the Promotion and/or the Prize for any purpose without further compensation, notice, review or consent.
