We offer free UPS ground shipping on orders over $75 to the 48 contiguous United States. If you live in Hawaii or Alaska we ship using UPS 2nd Day (actual delivery time may vary depending on zip code) for a flat shipping cost of $40 USD. We do not ship to the US Territories - Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Bajo Nuevo Bank, Baker Island, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Midway Islands, Navassa Island, Palmyra Atoll.
Do you want your boots even faster? For a charge you can select a different shipping option at checkout (Alaska and Hawaii excluded). The charges for expedited shipping are:
- Next Day Delivery $75.00 USD
- 2nd Day Delivery $30.00 USD
- 3rd Day Delivery $20.00 USD
Orders are required to be received by 11.00 a.m. (ET) for additional shipping listed above (Next, 2nd & 3rd Day Delivery). Orders received after that time will be shipped the following business day. Please note that orders received after 11:00 a.m. (ET) on Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday.
We do not currently offer weekend delivery or same day shipping. However, if you need your boots today, please use our store locator to find a retailer near you.
Once your order ships you will receive an email notification providing you with the UPS tracking number so you can see where your boots are.
We offer free returns for purchases returned within 30 days of purchase/order. In order to qualify, we need your return to be dropped off with the carrier within/at the 30 day mark. Simply send the boots back to us in their original unworn condition (when you try them on, please do it on carpet). The boots must be in the original shoe box, and shipping carton and we will refund you the original purchase price. If items are returned damaged or worn, they are subject to be sent back with no refund provided.
Once you have received an email that your return has arrived in our warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your return and an additional 3 business day for the refund to reflect on your bank account.
To start a return, head to our returns portal. Please be sure you have your order number and email address associated with the order you would like to return. Enter your order number and email address to pull up your return information. Follow the remaining prompts to process your return. We offer free returns for purchases returned within 30 days from the date of purchase / order.
If a credit has not been received after the 10 day period, please contact our customer service team.
