SHIPPING
Please Note: We are working as fast as we can to get your order ready, and we will let you know by email when it’s on the way. You will be able to track your shipment via Narvar and the UPS tracking information provided in the shipping confirmation email. Thank you for your patience during this busy time, and as always, for being part of the Blundstone family.
We offer free UPS ground shipping on orders over $75 to the 48 contiguous United States. With UPS Ground Shipping, you should receive your shipment within 5-10 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation email with UPS tracking number. If you live in Hawaii or Alaska, we ship using UPS 2nd Day (actual delivery time may vary depending on zip code) for a flat shipping cost of $40 USD.
If you need your boots today, please use our Store Locator to find a retailer near you to make your purchase. Please note we cannot guarantee the availability of styles or sale prices at individual stores.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number included. Simply click the tracking link to view the delivery status or your order. You can also add a mobile number to receive text updates as well as email.
EXTENDED HOLIDAY FREE RETURNS
Something not right? Returns are free (for purchases over $75). For all boots purchased between November 27, 2024 - December 6, 2024 you’ll have until January 6, 2025 to ship your return to us. All purchases from December 7, 2024 onwards have our usual 30 days from the date of purchase / order to process your return. Send the boots back to us in their original unworn condition (when you try them on, please do it on carpet), with original swing tags still attached, in the original shoe box and shipping carton and we will refund you the original purchase price. RETURN PROCESSING
Normally it takes 7-10 business days after the package is delivered to our warehouse to process your return. During the busy holiday season, it can take additional time for our team to process your return. Once completed, your bank may take an additional 5-7 business days to post the refund to your original form of payment. If you need to track your return, please follow the link in your return confirmation email.
