At Blundstone we pride ourselves on the quality and durability of our boots and accessories.
If you believe the footwear or accessories you have purchased, directly from Blundstone or from one of our approved resellers, contains a manufacturing fault and wish to make a claim under this warranty, you must return the product (at your own cost) to the place of purchase for assessment. Please ensure you provide the original purchase receipt.
If we determine, following an assessment, that the product contains a manufacturing fault, we will replace the product or repair it at our expense.
This warranty is not applicable if you use or have used the products in a way which causes or has caused damage to them beyond normal wear and tear. This is not limited to but includes exposing the product to caustic materials that may cause the product to break down.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the US Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
